VENUE SET-UP FOR PHILLIP DAY

Dear Venue Organiser,

Many thanks for hosting our meeting!

Can you please lay out the book sales tables as per the diagram and photos below? Tables should be clothed and skirted please.

The front table for the speaker should be set before the projector screen at a suitable distance with a plug powerboard underneath. A laptop audio connection should be provided at this table in 3.5mm stereo jack format if this has been requested.

The projector screen (if requested) should be a front (not rear)-projection unit of sufficient size (6 foot wide minimum) for the hall concerned.

A reception table should be provided with two chairs, preferably located outside the entrance to the hall/room. If this is a large venue and more than 200 people are expected, can we have two reception tables placed either side of the entrance please with two chairs each.

Water stations should be provided to suit the number of people attending.
